Our midfield has been impressive without anyone really standing out. Clohesy, Hardie, Parfitt and Stephens all good.

Furphy probably the biggest surprise of the first quarter. He did some nice stuff.

Reeves, Stephens, Wingard, DGB, Ward, Ryan, McCabe, Serong, Maginness, Phillips, Ramsden, Skaife, Bennetts, McDonald, Sullivan and Hustwaite is a strong contingent of AFL listed Hawthorn players.

Most of our younger players should probably get contracts considering the retirements we will have should be a decent turnover especially if you include Parfitt leaving as well
