Given everyone gets through training tomorrow, this could be our strongest side we have fielded. I expect up to 13 listed players.
Granted one of byel. parker. Sullivan is sub and another is the carry over. Hopefully they only leave 1 out and not multiple.

With no Cox, we'll need a 2nd ruck.
Wouldn't be surprised if young ruck, Boston Dowling come in (fraser did have a chat to him at end of training)

Didn't see Purcell at training, so can't see him playing. Unless we select Farrant and use him as second ruck. Or expect Ash to do it.

We haven't lost at punt road in like a 100 years. Lets hopefully keep this trend going.

Close to this time last year, we beat them by loads in the wildcard round. Beggy was close to BOG
Reef kicked 3.
Kreuger had 4. and Richards had 3.

This our last shot, maybe a chance against swans; for a win.

We also have the bye next week.

That would be the strongest VFL side l have seen, probably all season.
Interesting positional selections with McInnes and Johnson in the back pockets and Eyre starting in the forward line, eventhough he's been rotated between the back and forward lines...
Hopefully Joey Richards can kick 3 or 4 and get back to senior level in the next couple of weeks, preferably next week against Carlscum....
Looking forward to watching this team play on Sunday....

Ignore the ash/eyre thing. They will be swapped.
Eyre trained in defence today, ash forward. Sometimes they do this with the line ups.

13 senior listed players, nice to be getting a few back.

Its our most since.. checks

We had 14 listers when we played (lost) to essendon early in the season. Before then, We had 13 listers v our last win v carlton. Ned Long didn't count at that point, as he was on our vfl list.

Dropped off to 7 players in the bullants game in May when injuries came.

Guess we'll have less than the predicted 13 listers with richards going to the senior game, and I'm assuming one other may not play, the hold over?

Unless markov is the holdover, given he is named as an emg, if his partner hasn't given birth.

Yeah, maybe Markov becomes the holdover - that makes some sense.

Amit is a monster - when he fills out…
Prob needs to work a little on kicking action (have a chat to Mason!)

There was a two minute passage where I think defines why (IMO) Ash prob won’t make it and TJ might
- Ash continues to try to get cheapies out the back
Then, with the ball on the wing, his man ran away from him and it just didn’t look like he hit-push to try to tackle him
- TJ otoh, ran at his man when there seemed no hope but managed to effect a tackle
Great work rate and commitment
