Jye Amiss is taking some quality grabs at full stretch and speed.

We have our key forward.

He’s going to tear this competition a new hole in a season or two and he will have his wicked way with it.

Imagine what he’ll be like if he ever gets a decent night’s sleep.
Yes. And it was really pleasing to see him nail a set shot from outside 50. Previously he has struggled at that distance.

Any stats minded people know the last time we kicked over 100 points three times in a row? Feels like we're finally starting to look like a consistent offensive threat.

Amazing the difference having an emerging superstar forward makes... and Amiss is doing a pretty good job of supporting Banfield too.

It certainly wouldn't have been during the Lyon years 🤣
This security guard might get a few coaches votes. That tackle. Credit to the wierdo invader for holding the grab though. 🙄

Pretty sure Jeremy Cameron hasn't kicked a goal against us as a Geelong player.
0.2 last year.
0.4 today.
Didn't play against us in 2021.

Our shape around the contest was first class. Felt like we always had good options from the spread and defended stoppages well. A lot to like
its not just the shape either. it how the defence and the forward line seem to keep their structure when the ball is pining up and down the ground. side to side as well
