I actually think this is the first time everyone on both sides is very happy, you have ended up with a top footballer, who will be missed by us and we have maximised what we thought we could get in draft selections from your club.
It is a win, win and certainly the vibe I am getting on our board is we hope he does well at the Eagles (As long as we win any finals we play aginst you

Just want to say congrats - although it is tough for Cats fans to lose TK, I think almost all are happy for him and his family. I think most Cats recognise we got a good deal in the circumstances - unquestionably WC could have played a lot harder than you did.
Goes without staying - he is an absolute beauty. Unless Shuey etc takes votes, he will win a Brownlow next year. From a football purist sense I’m looking forward to seeing how he takes your mids up another level. Be mighty interesting to see your games against Richmond- Tim was beating their mids single handed in 1st half of prelim.
My only knock on Tim is that he is very one sided. In the few games he was shut down it was where a disciplined tagger kept close on his right side. I think you’ve got the mid/ruck firepower to help out.

Geez I just checked out Kelly's highlights and now I'm 100% convinced we made the right call. He is an superstar player. I can only imagine him and Shuey Yep and Gaff with Nic Nat in the ruck.

Wishing Tim, Caitlin and the boys all the best back home. Tim gave us his all in the two seasons here, pity we couldn't quite give him a premiership medal as a farewell present. I hope he has a great future and continued success as a player (although not necessarily his team against us).

He used to wear number 7 at West Perth, so I think it's just old.

Classy work from all involved. West coast paid a high price, but they still got Kelly for unders. His hands are just insanely clean.

Might feel like you gave up a lot but the man is worth every cent. I think we did as well as we possibly could've out of it but still a WC win simply because of his ridiculous talent.
His age, your stupidly good new midfield, the timing. Poor old Freo...
I'd like to hope he continues to rise and you lot finish near the bottom, but it seems far more likely that future 1st rounder ends up being about 25.

Hmm, maybe, but a glass half full suggests Venners, Allen, Cameron, Waterman, Petro, and Watson aint half bad - or half on their way to being something good. Venners may have developed more in 2019 if not for the injury, could be anything in 2020.
All of the above mentioned here will get another preseason under their belts and you would expect the calibre of those players to improve again. All speculation of course, but it's equally speculative to think they won't improve or there won't be a midfielder there...
