Need McEntee as an emergency in case one of the selected ruckmen injures themselves in the warmup.

Honestly if we just go out there and commit to Dix as first ruck this might not be that bad.

We have obviously screwed the pooch with the Hayes/Ladhams situation like we have with many talls before, but outside of that these changes are ok.
