I don’t really understand how balance can come into the equation when the team hasn’t got a functioning game plan. Given what I’ve seen over the last month I’d rather see individual performances be rewarded over trying to stick to a mythical game plan that requires certain types.
The difference is you think we have no game plan and I think we do. No side even in c grade ammos can be 8 and 3 with no game plan. Anyway apparently he is in the 18 so he certain to play baring covid. At least we can see if he can play on a big. Hope he can. Only helps the side. That’s what we all want.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Tim Kelly and whether he will play or not with that corked thigh, he could still be a late withdrawal.

If he does play then hopefully he isn't fully fit as he's carved us up before, fully fit or not we should be targeting him physically to try and test him out.

If anyone could teach Max about workrate it's Nick, no key forwards in the game have worked harder than him, hopefully he can pass on some advice.
Kelly looked sore last week

Seeing I started this shit show of a discussion (I think)
I don’t think anyone is actually suggesting Brad Hill should be dropped for one horrible game BUT if we’re valuing pressure and defense and that’s our focus (and ratts whole “we need to demand more of each other”).

Brad hasn’t laid a tackle in 3 weeks.

I get he’s outside and polish and all that but if you’re gonna tell Nas (who actually laid 5 tackles just last week) he has stuff to fix then you need to be having the same convo with Hill.

Brad would have to be a player on notice for me and suggesting that because he was good in the first half of the year he’s above being dropped is a bad precedent to set.

That’s all, if we’re holding players to account, Brad’s got some questions to answer.

It's interesting looking through Jones' stats from his three years at the clubs, he has played a few great games that stick out but he has also had many very average games and he probably doesn't tackle enough.

It's bloody disappointing but maybe he's just not the player we thought he was.

Remember that game a few years ago or even last year when Kelly was their only mid and he killed us.

Kelly looked sore last week

They showed footage of him at training a couple of days ago just walking laps with a heavily strapped thigh and said it was touch and go whether he plays against us with him possibly being given a late fitness test.

Being a Sunday game they would have named him in the hope he will be right to play but he could still be a late withdrawal if he fails a late fitness test,

.

Might need a few more out.

Hopefully he misses 1 game
could hardly kick at the end of last weeks game

You going ?

Yeah its poor if true
Wasn't it the reason we got Hannas 4/5 years ago lack of leadership
Ratts early in the week saying how Hannas has been the loudest on the track LOL so in 4 years nothing has improved in that area
Collingwood's leadership must be appalling then.

I’m confused. All I’m saying is they name 26. There won’t be but there could be up to 6 changes. Matter of fact I’d say 5 for sure.
Talking about what I saw on the news, Ratten talking tough, a kid, an injured veteran and one midfielder out. Lulz

No I've got the flu at the moment, probably not a good idea to be going on public transport to the game and being in big crowds and spreading it.

Also, like it or not - if you’re the highest paid player on the list (or thereabouts) you should be driving the standard, not simply meeting it (or missing it entirely)

PFFT West Coast supporters lol

I should probably go down to West Coast training to see if I can spread it to their players although I imagine they would have pretty strict security there now with Covid cases surging here again.
