I’m sure he would love to get back up to qld

I genuinely think this could be the most likely of the three. Hinkley and his family really loved the Queensland lifestyle from all reports and the AFL could even come to the party to try and establish a very non-controversial, "stable" coach at the club.

This weekend will see 2 10+ year coaches respectively contend in their 3rd & 4th grand finals.

1 of them will become a 2 time premiership winner.

Port Adelaide’s 10 year coach will, however, be watching on the sidelines as he has done in all his seasons.

There’s nothing more to be said.
Not if the dishlickers are on. After all, he wouldn't change a thing, so there's nothing to learn from the competition's elite.

The Lions don't have Koch backing Fagan as 'coach for life!', with some real grumblings there, despite public pronouncements otherwise. There'd be a fair number there more than happy to leap on the report as an excuse to get rid of Fagan (he should be gone, along with Clarkson). Honestly if it'd had been Ken I wouldn't have been surprised if Koch would have leapt to defend him.

I'd guess all clubs (well except for those who drink their own bathwater like Essendon, Adelaide and current day Port) are busy doing an investigation of their cupboards for skeletons right now. No one is stupid enough to take Ken regardless, but I wonder if in the short term (the replacement North and Brisbane coaches if the AFL actually does the right thing) if experienced coaches are persona non-grata, in case they've unknown baggage, where as young enough assistants could be argued as they weren't senior enough to stop things, if more shitty behaviour is shaken loose.

I'd bet my house on Clarko being completely innocent and unaware of any this stuff that went on at Hawthorn. The poor bloke's brother died when he was a young tacker, does anything think he would really then go and tell an indigenous bloke to terminate his woman's baby after he got her up the duff? It doesn't make any sense

That being said.....Sack Daddy Deckchair Donuts

LoL is that you Clarko? Did the crows already find you a spot at their club? I’m sure you’d fit the ethos to the tee

5+ years ago there was no real way to deal with trolls online. It's really only come about from the the suicides of people from these comments that things are slowly changing.
Unfortunately block and forget was the only real course of action. Not discounting how wingard felt by any means. 100% against racism.

D King lauding C Scott’s use of mobile ruckman to play dual roles in ruck and a kick behind play. Perhaps Donuts is right about something.
Well I mean C Scott is in his second GF in 2 years and Port finished 11th primarily because of the ruck, so perhaps its about understanding how to do things in the context of your list and gameplan.

Yeah its more complicated than people think.

Unfortunately there is an ocean of mouthbreathing morons out there with idiotic views and nothing in their lives so they spend their time trying to get a rise out of others. Ignoring and blocking and preventing them from having a platform is not as crazy as it sounds.

Its disappointing there wasn't further action though in some form - even if its just getting Chad to sit down with someone to explain why.

Yeah but Stanley and Blicavs still get their fair share of hitouts and resultant centre clearances.

Maybe not elite, but it's not as if they are complete no-hoper ruckmen or pinch hitters just filling in.

Duck you Hinkley.

It's beyond embarrassing and shameful that our club is associated with this industry in any way, shape or form. But yeah we "make our community proud" alright :drunk:
