Was development coach with us during the Watters years in 2012+13. Pretty sh*thouse years.

We went from 6th with Lyon's final season, to 9th, 16th, 18th, 14th, 9th, 11th, 16th, 14th....

Not sure that his development years helped us at all.

Ross was given on both occasions A Grade teams in their prime.
The club is acknowledging that we arent even ready yet.

If we are going to do this thing. Do it ****ing properly. Have a process. Have interviews. Then choose the best person.

How many coaches have succeeded without the actual process in place?

I really hope that's the case. Its damning on his performance if he's just taken the word and not been actively involved in asking the right questions and giving oversight. Which means I think we are in trouble anyway.

Having said that it means it can be fixed. That's what I'm hoping for but my gut tells me this feels massively off.


The alternative is not pretty means the whole place is a shambles and it's only gonna get worse.
