Fine , I just made it all up for fun , Now do you feel better ?Even that would be doubtful.
You don’t make a decision for sacking a coach off a petty reason.
Why? Not us!With Ratts out the door who is going to make sure the lads have tough, honest conversations??
I didn't actually hear him but I read everyone taking the piss out of me. I'm loose but not that loose. Muzz has left an impression on us all.Reads the play well. Not a saints fan but clearly passionate imagine the sprays
And there, in a nutshell, is why you take ANYTHING the media puts out there with a pinch of salt!View attachment 1536027TWOMEY: Why sacked Ratten is right to feel let down by Saints
Former St Kilda coach Brett Ratten - and St Kilda members - are justified in feeling bewildered by the club's brutal call, writes Cal Twomeywww.afl.com.au
here's what i know about jaymie graham.Thats you and barrels who have mentioned Graham, what do you know about him?
He wasnt “too nice”I've always felt Ratts was just too nice a bloke, wouldn't make the hard decisions because he didn't wanna offend anyone.
Some players need a kick up the ass to get the most out of them and some need a cuddle. I think Ratts was just a cuddle type coach.

If you are talking about the Brendan Lade line the idiot has edited the article. And there, in a nutshell, is why you take ANYTHING the media puts out there with a pinch of salt!
Yeah I really don’t like the recent attitude that you see so much of in society these days of “they made a mistake, they must be fired”
Loved Collingwood’s attitude this year which was basically the exact opposite.
They welcomed mistakes as they wanted everyone to take the game on
Having this “mistakes must be punished” attitude disincentivises risk taking and dare.
And this is a big issue I have with this whole thing.Hahahaha this *en club
Never ceases to amaze. Good time to look for a coach you know not many others looking for one
No doubt Buckley made some mistakes but he actually seems like the type to learn from them and self reflect.I may be different from a few here in my view but I don't want us going after Buckley or Lyon or a majority of the experienced AFL coaches.
Leppitsch would be my only exception.
Look at how Collingwood was playing last year under Buckley with essentially the same list. They literally couldn't score, it was terrible to watch.
Going for someone who's experienced and a known quantity rules us out of finding the next great coach IMO.
And 2 + 3 years earlier they were a bees dick from winning a granny and should have made a second
Hm wonder what Roosey is doing
I realise that, not shooting the messenger.Fine , I just made it all up for fun , Now do you feel better ?
FFS , its not my words , I'm just saying what was told
It’s the strength of your leadership that allows people to prosper.I think there's a balance. Keeping dead wood who make constant poor decisions is no good and sacking people after a couple of missteps is no good either. Getting your appointments right the first time takes care of most of it.
5 of them his own team mates going for the same ballMax said he was tired of flying against 15 guys
thisHe had the same coaching deficiencies with us that he had with the Blues…
Inertia is the face of adversity and no Plan B.
Not sure you can fix that.
And we have to get this bloke involved at the club somehowWhat is Scott Watters doing nowdays.
Lets get the band back together
Co Head Coaches - GT and Blighty
Motivation Coach - Watters
Coach who says things like 'pleasing' - Richo
Coach of Social Club - Hanners

They effectively rebuilt. He traded out and retired a significant core of that flag list.Yeah, but he didn't and those seasons were exceptions to the rule.
He only had two good years 2018 and 2019 in my opinion.
He took over a young premiership team with serious untapped potential and then proceeded to go progressively go backwards every year until 2018
A really fast oneQuote: expresso Martinis
What's an "expresso Martini" ?
