Nothing wrong with Hinkley's smile before the kick. I am not sure why everyone is wetting their pants over it. I was doing exactly the same thing. It was the irony of the moment. The entire game game hanging on the balance of one kick - Wet ball - From 60m out.

I burst out laughing - semi-hysterically, and called my wife over, who had gone out the room thinking the Dons had won: "Check this out, 2 points in it, he needs a goal from 60m after the siren."

We both sat their with ironic smiles on our faces, then screamed like the boys did.

I understand where you are coming from.. but he does have a history of it.. big smile after a loss eg having a laugh and joke with Clarkson after losing to the Hawks a few years ago... The Dawson kick after the siren.. and so on...

I'm all for removing Hinkley but I much prefer this year's version off the bench where he's showing genuine reaction and passion.

100s times better than sitting alone in the corner downing Coke Zeros.
