Says the bloke never ranked 1 on the last Saturday in September

tonight just showed it

The thing is, Collingwood still hasn't peaked in 2023. And you know this, because last night they were able to go up a gear each time it was required. They have more to come, more to show.
Port peaked early and put all eggs into "the streak" basket.
Last night really looked like one team playing at or near threshold for 4 quarters, and the other, while clearly lifting for the occasion, still running well below threshold.

Curious to know the donuts kings record in July since 2012.
Reckon it'll be weel below 50%

Curious to know what the Donut Kings record is in July since 2012.

Reckon it'll be the one of the worst over a 11 year period and well below 50%

We're winning jack sh*t with this fraud at the helm. We have so much young talent. Don't let this guy * it up again.

The players change, the manner of the losses never does.

But it mustn’t be the one constant, no siree!

You all thought he was a superhero at three quarter time - David Koch probably

As soon as Sidebottom’s goal sailed through 50 seconds into the last we all had that feeling. To a man and woman.

From your teekrays and tribeys, to your schulzenfests and scorchos, and yes, even your clappers and cucks.

But the charade will continue, because Kenny™!

The crowd is notably still muted. You just don't get the chanting or the excitement you saw even a few short years ago. Even the most militant Hinkley fans don't get ahead of themselves.

We've just won 13 in a row, we're 2nd on the ladder, and while any other club would be talking flags, we're hoping we can pinch 2 of the next 4.

Couldn't be the coach though.

When we lose those close ones it's just a lose lose situation. We don't get the win and the coach gets away with another close lose that keeps him at Port.

We have to win or lose well, one or the other or we will be stuck with this buffoon for ever.
Another loss, nothing to cheer about and Hinkley's grasp on the head coaching job gets tighter.
Yep.

To be fair though we've won a lot of close games this year we should have lost. Atleast this was our first loss that wasn't a smashing.

It has a smell of 2007 this year. Even the game last night had Rd 22 vs Geelong in Geelong 07 vibes but we lost...
