I didn’t word it properly, but everyone is blaming Meehan, for all we know, Gibcus could not be putting in the work and is to blame
Good point but was probably the opposite with Gibcus over doing it. Has the determination and work rate. Think I read he was doing a ton of work early to get back asap.

It's happening everywhere, not just at Tigerland. Just off the top of my head ...

Max King re-injures the shoulder that kept him out for 10 weeks, probably gone for another decent stint on the sidelines.

Clayton Oliver 1-2 weeks turns into 10 weeks.

Daniel McStay 4-6 weeks had become 14-16 weeks.

Cam Guthrie has been "medium term" for 10 weeks. If you ordered your steak done medium in Geelong, you get a charcoal mess.

I also believe he really did a number on his hammy and the club didn't want to go down the Dylan Grimes path and bring him back too soon for it to become an ongoing problem.
Dylan spent 3 to 4 wasted seasons when he was younger.
just disappointing because it's a wasted year and sets him back another 12 months.
Knowing how some of our posters react on here Id say there will be a few writing the kid off next year after a few ordinary games.

So you're saying that Meehan's been moonlighting at rival clubs?:mad:

Because of vaccine injuries causing weaker chronic issues in muscle tendons.

You got to ask the question; did they replace his legs with 33yo Luke Shuey's?
