His knee was strapped at training (and has been since Sat apparently) and he did travel to and from Melbourne for the captains day on Monday.

Hopefully just a precaution. Would rest him for the weekend if any doubt!

Allen came out a little earlier than the rest of the group- maybe 5 minutes, 10 at most - and did a little bit of running in the centre with a trainer. Nothing untoward and at the time I figured he was just do a bit extra since he went to Melbourne earlier

Trained the full session and played the 10min match sim opposed to Barrass

Didn’t notice anything nor did any of the journos who were still there as they’d have reported on it at the time
