Would be nice to have an elite talent program. Its ridiuclous how many midfielders Sydney have, even half the back line smalls would make our mids look ordinary. Surely something has to give up there with their glutten of talent.
Says a bit about those ratingsJust as a side note Billings was the highest rated player on the field today 140 points 23 disposals 5 tackles and a goal.
Coffield on the other hand. Didn't do muchJust as a side note Billings was the highest rated player on the field today 140 points 23 disposals 5 tackles and a goal.
But can he back it up & be durable?Just as a side note Billings was the highest rated player on the field today 140 points 23 disposals 5 tackles and a goal.
I wouldn't mind McInerny, he looks a class act whenever I watch him and he's a bit down the pecking order there due to the amount of quality they have. Its ridiuclous how many midfielders Sydney have, even half the back line smalls would make our mids look ordinary. Surely something has to give up there with their glutten of talent.
Shortlist for those who can't be bothered/can't access the article:A couple of additional Academy kids here One is next year
Are you sure Boston is playing at oakleigh this year. I can’t find him on the list or on the suns list. Can the afl change the nga bidding system alreadyShortlist for those who can't be bothered/can't access the article:
15 Lennox Hofmann (born 2006, eligible this year)
A member of St Kilda’s next generation academy. A third tall defender, reads the play really well to roll off and intercept. An exciting talent and the Dragons have high hopes for him this season.

20 Adrian Cole (born 2006, eligible this year)

34 Kye Fincher (born 2007, eligible next year)
A member of St Kilda’s NGA, a bottom-ager. A running half back and potentially a midfielder long term. Of the Dragons’ bottom-agers he’s been one of the best performed through pre-season.
59 Sam Linder (born 2006, eligible this year)
A Dragons vice-captain who plays his school footy at Brighton Grammar and is a member of St Kilda’s next generation academy as a high half back. He does everything well, very consistent, defends his man well, uses the ball well, communicates well with his teammates and is a leader.
We're also got Boston Everitt who's playing with the Oakleigh Chargers and Elwood Peckett is in the leadership group for the Dandenong Stingrays, both eligible this year (Boston by less than 2 weeks).
You're right - Boston is not listed for any Coates League team at present. He may be focusing on school football with Carey, he is on Gold Coast's list for this year as of Oct 12, 2023.Are you sure Boston is playing at oakleigh this year. I can’t find him on the list or on the suns list. Can the afl change the nga bidding system already
