Re: North Central Football League Definately no punch up at Boort Grand Final night. Everyone very positive about 2007. Piconies, Cooneys and Rutleys were all there with their families. Some of Melbourne boys stayed until Wednesday. They have put a lot back into the club on and off the field...

What makes Sonny a great fotballer is not only the goals he gets but the number of goals he gives off and the 1% he does. Not to take anything away from Nigel but having seen the umpiring(and they give B@F VOTES) in Mallee league this year it takes the shine off the B@F.

Could not agree more. Sonny Lindsay is the best footballer I have seen in a country football league in the last fifty years. It is worth the money to get in the gate to see him play. He is an absolute champion. Very unselfish. He does the team things.

Re: North Central Football League Lance Piconi is a fair player. I think you are confusing him with his brother Lee, who sometimes gives away frees and 50 metres. Lance would be a very worthy winner of Feeny medal.
