That's what made the Friday night better than the Saturday night.
Citizen and Agitated are awesome songs that are easily forgotten as they are from their 'pre-popular' days.
They may have done Dark Shines at one of the shows. Cannot quite remember.
My favourite albums are still Absolution and...
I am.
But a 2 hour concert doesn't need a drink break ten minutes in.
One here or there is understandable - but it was a noticeable amount throughout the stadium.
Went to both nights.
Preferred Friday, but they great in both nonetheless.
Can't actually remember, but I think they did Agitated on Friday.
Loved the opening screen with The 2nd law Isolated system (with a reference to Thriller that wasn't replicated on Sat) and go straight into the epic that...
Actually, you are correct.
The player has to have played eight or more years with the club to become a free agent otherwise he can only move clubs via trade or via PSD.
If Franklin were to go in the PSD and put a price on himself, I doubt anyone else would have the ca$h in their salary cap to...
You left out Dwight Howard.
It was a complex trade, but the Lakers traded Bynum for Howard, Duhon and Clark.
A year later when his contract is up Dwight goes straight to Houston for no compensation.
It would be more effective if teams put the effort into renegotiating a contract (or extend it)...
The Bobby Lane curse on the Detroit Lions is the one that comes to mind.
Not only were they not successful for 50 years after he said his famous 'they won't win for 50 years statement' but they only won 1 playoff game in that time. They made the playoffs in only nine years.
With two indefinite injuries, are there any upgraded rookies expected to come along soon?
Leigh Osborne seemed to be favoured in pre-season but there has been very little about him.
How's he going in NEAFL?
If upgraded, who's spot is he likely to take? Wilkinson? Harbrow? Prestia?
I think I tried to get to that place when I was there a few years ago. I was staying in Luwan so I missed out on the first half of a Friday night game trying to get there so ended up settling for The Camel.
If I had to choose between the two, I'd go with Camel. Grand Final day a few years back...
Which part of Shanghai? If you're closer to Luwan, then The Camel Sports Bar is as close as you're ever going to get to an Aussie pub type atmosphere.
They do a decent chicken parma as well.
I think it's owned by an Aussie and you can pretty much watch any sporting event (even Bathurst) there...
Apologies to intrude.
Football nation had a live blog running.

Is Jarryn Geary looking like playing midfield or as a running defender?
For memory he was a midfielder two years ago where his DT was pretty good, then he got shifted to a dedicated midfield tagger / running defender where he struggled to find a consistent spot in the team.
During NAB last year...
Where do you think Smedts will play?
Have kept an eye on him ever since Wells mentioned he was the most talented youngster he'd seen since he was at Geelong.
I don't know if he can play forward and the back line may be tough to settle in to. There isn't much U-18 vision but he seemed to be...
Thought you guys would like to know...
Before I start, I'm an Essendon supporter and consistently read your board because I'm interested in some of your players (mainly Hams, Swift, Nic Nat, Gaff, Scott Selwood, Hurn and Darling) and like keeping a track of them (also it helps with DT and SC)...
Not in my DT team but wondering what's the go with Hayden Jolly?
He got a handful of games last season and looked okay without being damaging.
How has his pre-season been?
I'm not sure if he's back training yet.
He went on 'personal leave' late November and hasn't been noticeable since.
Also a bit worried that in the trade and draft period, they acquired Morris (apparently a ready made small defender) and Ellis (an aggressive attacking defender). Compile that...
Was thinking about this last night.
The commentators kept mentioning that a player had given away a free kick by running the ball over the boundary line.
I don't think champion data is calling this act as a free kick against but I wonder if they disregarded calling any out of bounds on the...
Sounds like the same crap as last year.
What's the bet it is out in Bookstores before being posted?
For memory, I got my posted copy almost 2 weeks after it was available in book stores.
Glad I didn't pre-order this year.
I'm a bit indifferent about both of them and am likely to not bother with either of them. Just don't see how they can get 10 games unless the Dogs get the number of injuries they got late last year.
They've added 'older' midfielders who are still capable of major contribution (Sherman and...
I'm not sure he'll get a game straight away. And if he does, I don't think he'll be that strong a scorer early. The Bulldogs have far too many midfield options that I just don't know where Wallis fits in. Essentially, they are replacing Eagleton's 13 games with Justin Sherman. Although, if...
AFL.com doing a pre-season snapshot for each team.
Publishing 2 per day.
So far they are up to Collingwood.

Would it also be fair to say that if a player is generally around 15-20 SC points above his DT score, then if he was to get an increase in possessions (therefore an increase in DT), then he'd be a good candidate to make the jump from mid-level to definite keeper.
A big example would be someone...
Don't quote me on this because I haven't had an iTouch for long...
There is a free app that allows you to put in your dream team and it might give you live scores as well.
Look for Aussie Rules LIVE.
Re: DT/SC Questions here: Read thread first please
Polkinghorne.
Round 1 NAB game wasn't entirely the ideal conditions to judge his performance. Haven't heard much about his game yesterday so it's assumed he was quiet.
Is he still in Brisbane's best 22 or does he slide out?
Have asked the question on the Sydney DT/SC thread.
I suspect Moore will get a larger midfield role than previously expected. Failing that, I think Hannebery might get a look in.
Agree.
I've steered clear of Ablett the last two years and to get to upgrade to him was bloody difficult as injuries and donuts kept me from doing so.
I've learnt my lesson.
