Ordinarily I'd say no. Priority picks are only for the worst of the worst teams going around.

Good thing the AFL already runs a competition without any competitive advantages. They'd look like total hypocrites if they did something like scheduling grand finals at a specific venue every year, a venue that just happens to be the home ground of a select few...
