Please find below the responses to your 3 part questions.
1. When the Spotswood Board of Directors review the access levels for the various clubs a number of factors are taken into account such as match day engagement, team personal and overall support for OOBs as demonstrated by the team during the season. Although the Bears scored strongly on the first two measures, they failed to stay morally strong by voting to uphold the ridiculous trumped up charges against Spotswood in the committee room at the start of season 36, thus failing our integrity and moralistic standards. Unfortunately due to this the Bears should count themselves fortunate to have only been demoted from silver to bronze access and not Coprolite as some on the board pushed for.
2. To be part of the Ophidian Old Boys FFC you must be either employed by and or enrolled in a class at Spotswood Campus.
3. Mrs Turbo is an expert at spankings and readily applies them to our rookies when they have excelled and deserved them.
