Mate stop being so emotional. No one 'wants him out' ie want him to leave. Just not absolutely against trading him if a good offer comes along.

Yeah but you gotta be a special type of stupid to be a captain and tweet that into the public domain.

Given the perception of St Kildas treatment of women in the past, and all the hard work the club has done of late to be more inclusive of women, it would be a hard sell to explain why you'd bring in someone like that so soon after a stupid action like that.

He's not totally rubber stamped forever, but this trade period I think he's a definite no go. Might be worth revisiting as a FA in 12 months time, but I hoping by then he'd be surplus to needs.

With a handful of exceptions (salary cap mostly) contracted players get traded for overs.

Armo goes to me means top 15 pick, maybe some player and pick swaps for blokes outside the best 25 or so and 3rd round picks or later.

I see more being traded out than this, but if not, there is potential to turn pick 10 into 2 picks (well under 30), and the combination of a couple of trades (such as Lee, Pierce and Eli), along with sending off our 3rd, could net the other under 30 pick. Simples.

We traditionally lose a few poster's over the two week journey... 8% are fired or placed on performance plans at work, 3% are divorced from their partners and generally 1 poster will end up in a psychiatric institution. CHBench is already looking shaky :/

David Armitage did exactly that in 2015. But he did it at 28. And unlike Stevens had been playing in the middle most of his career.

He found plenty of contested ball in 2013 and was on fire in 2014 before some medical genius filled his knee with mud.

The other two didnt either but they have age and running ability on their side.

27 then, still older than 25. And he was not 'on fire' in 2014 before his knee, he played 4 games and one he had 14 disposals and in another he had 17.
