Exactly my point.
The soft is to do with NON PLAYER contracts & paying out Dimma would still count towards our cap. Meaning we would be paying two head coaches not only literally financially but also under the soft cap.

Fact:so far, every desicion involving core business, "football", made by this mob has been a failure.
Fact: the next desicion is hiring Balme.
I will leave you to ponder what the chances are that they are right
From football dept management to coach to recruiters to strength and conditioning, everything they have signed off on has failed...now we have balme in the seat and that is another thoughtless desicion, based purely on what he did at the cats and the scum back when.....like at 64 we are hoping he has still got it...I seriously hope they are right...but I am not filled with confidence based purely on the bungling they have produced over the stretch.
Does it ever cross your mind as to why he was shunted to the side for Gubby to take over? Like had he not been shunted was he still going to come "home"? like these are serious concerns i have about how this half arsed board go about it with footy dept stuff

baseless?? so from footy manager through to assistants, through to recruiters and then onto conditioners have been moved on and or shuffled around, with a bunch of players about to get the same treatment and you suggest that my concerns about those that made the decisions to put them in place, that continue to make decisions are baseless. Correct?
