Me, I remember he had a great debut year, think he's gone backwards but has plenty of potential upside. Another delisting we'd get for a bargain and worth a crack.
He wasn't in the last 2 teams I looked at, which is probably why I completely forgot about him. My bad haha

Firstly, Grundy ain't happening. If he goes to another club it'll be for well over a $1 million a season. We've back ended Buddy's contract so we'll be paying him a motser at the moment and I don't think we can fit two players on the list for those sort of dollars, even if we did back end Grundy's contract.
When I look at a lot of the trades it's a real battle of head vs heart. Big fan of Hayward as a great young player but if he got bundled up in a deal for Daniher then I'd consider it. Hayward got the serious yips this season so did a lot of good work and then undid it all spraying regulation shots at goal. Daniher has some pretty big question marks around his fitness but he'd be the sort of drawcard player we'd need to take over from Buddy,

On reflection I wouldn't have Hayward as part of any trade. With our age profile and our trajectory I'd like him in our forward line when some of our young guns hit their peak in 3 or 4 seasons. Will is only turning 21 this year and he's already achieved a great deal despite his radar being a bit wonky this season.

Dalrymple didn't rate SPP at all in his draft year. Was completely off the board, not even considered as a rookie draft pick.
Would be surprising to suddenly trade for him.
A+ for landing 2 players who might not even get on the field, plus a list clogger from Port with a questionable attitude?
Wish my teachers in high school gave out A+ grades as readily as you!

Yes they were and I cleared it up. The rumours were started by that whispering whippet, Damien Barratt. He first mentioned them on either Access All Areas or Footy Classified, I can't remember which. He has since repeated them on Access All Areas.
Damien might get a it right sometimes but I feel he stirs the pot for the sake if it. Either that or he has a rumour deliberately fed to him by a player manager to increase the value of a contract. For instance accirding to him and McClure the deal was already done between Hawks and Coniglio. Both of these guys are rumour mongers who jump at any chance to make headlines. Headline grabber. The masters of the throw away line. Would you trust any nan that uses the saying 'mark my words'. Jie Bonkers Banbanas used that one
