Lol I just listened to the live radio for the first time and literally the second I turn on some guy rings in and says straight from a Swans co-captain's mouth that we've put a seven-year offer to GRundy

He's had the operation on his foot (bone removed from memory). When he got back to playing they discovered some sort of a hereditary problem with his calf. It's so rare that the medicos had never heard of it. Other members of his family have the same problem. The club rates him very highly and will ease him back into it next year, no rush.

You don't need a great ruck. But a competitive ruck is very useful.

Well sure, but if we're going on importance on the big stage nothing is more important than A-graders in your midfield. We may have a few in the future but we have zero atm.

1- there is a trade period this year
2- we have pick 5 as our first pick

Well number 2 could be argued. Who knows what the AFL will do between now and our first pick

Who knows how this off season is going tom turn out for us But I do have Faith That The Club Know its Time. Time to put some polish on this rebuild that has been going for a couple of years and set us up for a real tilt again very soon. I just have this gut feeling this will be a good one for us and success will not be anywhere near as far away as it seemed at times this year.
