I think for tucker, it’s less about Clark coming in to compete, and more that there is a Neale or cognilio as an option. If one of those two come in to the club, there’s no spot for tucks..
if they don’t, he stays

lol. Same source that told you we are re-drafting Giro?

Amiss may indeed end up better but did you need to make up a BS story to try and give your opinion more weight?
meeting someone out is different to a source and i can give you the players name if you dont believe me

with the Rule on taking 3 players per draft how does it work if bulldogs use all their points?
they'll get picks at the end of the draft where points are worthless (think it's pick 72 or something)

If we lose Tucker we just might be falling into the never-ending-rebuild cycle.

Yet another player we've invested heavily in their development, only to let go on the cusp of their prime maturity to rinse and repeat.
Sometimes the development doesn’t work. That’s the risk you take. More disappointing losing Cerra because he’s an elite ball user already.
Tucker has been getting a chance that he otherwise wouldn’t get in a top 8 team. Not overly concerned with him, as can plug holes with Aish, Acres, Blakely, Banfield. Switkowski can come inside and help with speed

I expect they go with a senior list of 36 next year, so they’ll cut their list back so they have five spots available, with no intention of using two of them in the National Draft.

They’ll split pick 17 and pick up more points for fringe players (Lipinski is one, possibly more get traded), maybe get hit with a slight deficit next year.

Unlike Collingwood I think they could be in a position to trade back into the draft using 2022 picks after a bid for Darcy is matched.

If they use up all their points with a Darcy bid they’ll be allocated picks at the back of the draft.

In the long term absolutely but in the short term(year or 2)let’s say we grabbed a hartlett or zaharakis their mature bodies would help out the likes of serong and brayshaw in the middle and prob another young mid we pick up this year. Opposition teams continue to break our tackles because of more bigger mature bodies

It's more about the demographics of the squad and it constantly regressing in average age. That makes for the eternal rebuild.

Tucker's definitely been developing though, even if this year wasn't quite there. Development frequently follows a varied trajectory and he has a pretty good reason for having a flatter trajectory this year as well (ie LTI).

If I was them I wouldn’t want to move my family across the country for a year.

So as I'm sure everyone spoke about already with Horne-Francis being a Freo supporter. I assume we have buckley's chance getting pick1 and change for picks 6 and 8? Based purely off the value of each pick.
Value system underrate higher picks.

To get pick 1 off the Roos, you need a total of 4500 points.

Considering that picks 6 and 8 will go to 8 and 10, we are still short 1600 points.

Suns want to trade pick 3 and we might be a deal.

Ok here for the Crazy multi team trades.

Suns trade picks 3,22,43,58 for 6,8 and F3.

We trade picks 3, 22, F1 for pick 1.

Cerra for pick 6 (8) and F2

Then comes the bribes.

First Collingwood
In exchange for not bidding on Dacios, we trade pick 43 for F2,F3.

Second the Bulldogs.
In exchange for not bidding on Darcy, pick 58 for F2.

Net Result
In: picks 1, 22, Collingwood F2,F3, Dogs F2 and Blues F2.

Out: Cerra, pick 8, F1, F3.

Would anyone take the two SA boys rather than Walsh?
Blues got that one right what about Dow?
North took UDL, only teams like GC, GWS can gamble like addicts. doesn’t guarantee success.
Giving up Hodge worked wonders for us.

Points are historical data over a number of years not just one year.

In the Cerra, Brayshaw and Rayner draft, picks 1-6 got a similar quality player.

In the Walsh draft, you had 6 players who could go pick 1 in another draft.

This year according to Cam Tombster, it’s the Fab 4.

For us to go from the second tier to the top tier would cost a fortune.

I wonder if Toby McQuilkin from Souths is any chance of a rookie spot somewhere. I don't know anything about him but this is his first season of WAFL at 20 and he's come from Mundijong in the Metro league to playing WAFL.
Just something about him that makes me think he could step up.

He really impressed me throughout the finals and yesterday was no exception.

The fact he managed to survive the chop after some of his games this year I’d say it’s the complete opposite and he is front and centre with the dishcloth if JLo so much as looks like dropping some biscuit crumbs

Sent from my iPad using BigFooty.com

I would surmise that when lose your first 4 games as a coach and its dicey if you're ever going to win one, you might show some loyalty to a player who was near enough to BOG in your first win and seals it for you in the last quarter. It might not be right but its human nature. I reckon Ross was the same sticking with some of the players who got him some wins when he was struggling in the first half of 2012.

Also I don't get the biscuit crumbs and dishcloth analogy. Would you use a dishcloth to pick up crumbs?

I’m on the Jordan Clark train, but seeing him pissed and carrying on at the WAFL finals last night gave big Jesse Hogan vibes.
Clarify, I’ve got no issues with a bloke enjoying his off season, but do worry west media be itching to sink the boots into a freo recruit
As long as his jaw wasn’t chewing I don’t have much of an issue.
The amount of players who get pissed regularly will surprise you.
