Not so much this year but for a player with a great athletic profile he rarely plays like that IMO.

briztoon probably the one to ask on 2022 form wise in the VFL.

Jai Culley if we put Sloane on the LTI looks the player for us in the MSD coming up in a few weeks..

we’ll almost definately have pick 1 in the PSD..

the clubs that currently have an open list spot are all above us.. and, of the clubs like us that have LTI players (sloane) that they could puton the LTI list and open up a spot, we are lowest on the ladder..

all depends on whether one of the clubs below us has an LTI type injury to one of their players in the next three weeks..

if we do have pick 1 we’d be stupid not to use it..

We should be looking to the future and not if they can come straight in....Jai Culley is the player most likely a 193cm midfielder/forward with a booming kick.

Will make a good, not great, country footballer next year.

Ely just doesn’t have a feel for the game, and rarely uses his athletic gifts in his play.

Fogarty still is best 22 worthy, Just not the Tex replacement we all hoped for

Strachan is dominating SANFL level and deserves to replace O'Brien IMMEDIATELY

Tsatas is the classy mid with good disposal and speed. Likely starts career on a wing or half back though.

I dont get it. You have sloane and seeds to chuck on the long term injury list and just try a few blokes out.

Instead the club will stand strong and wait for the return of raging rory sloane. This club is so far off anything.

Assuming list sizes go back to normal next year (they might, they might not, haven’t heard anything on this)

Retire Seed, trade two of our contracted young guys (maybe Sholl, as rumoured, and Fogarty/McAsey? They might want more opportunity), and delist Frampton and Rowe. Move Rowe to the rookie list. Delist Davis from the rookie list, elevate Butts and Strachan, which leaves four senior list spots and three Cat A spots

Can easily make one of those Cat A spots an MSD selection. I know it’s hard to judge moves from this far out, but we can make it work
