No way will we be getting rid of Xerri after giving him a 3 year extension. Screams of incompetence.
Yes it would be if those that made the decision were still in power. A new crew may or may not see it differently.
Who knows we of course also there's Goldy, CCJ and Comben.

So it would be doubtful

There's a lot of baseless BS on here but wonder if there might be something to the TT smoke.
My paranoid brain thinks the long lay off and no return to afl level smells odd but who knows. I just want him here playing his best footy because he can do it

Tarryn Thomas - His 'people / entourage' already had talks with GCS a couple of weeks ago. Just chatting at this stage, but it was initiated from TT end.

We are obviously keen, but wary of his off-field stuff, as culture has been a long-standing problem up here.

He is the type of player we need - and we have a ton of spare picks.

Things are on-going still, so I have been told.

He signed a two year extension deal this year.

They'd be better just sticking with Rowan Marshall in the ruck. I don't know why they even think they need another one. (If they do)
Most rucks aren’t like Goldy

What’s this off field stuff?

In what way KC? As in baseless BS, but TT could be a real thing, what makes you think that?

That's 2 unconnected posters (Geelong, GC) both saying he's trying to sound out a move to GC, an AFL writer links him to GWS.

I know there's a lot of stuff made up but on this one just wonder if there's some fact underpinning it.

You get pick 5 for Rankine and pass that us and that will get TT done.

TT is a very good player - we would like to keep him and get him in the mind set where he can be his best - but if he has his mind set on moving on and that mindset can't be changed then we need to get this done early - but it needs to be pick 5.

Nah I'm purely basing it on trade conjecture. Took his time off and legitimately required after his family bereavement and also the fact he probably came back way to fast after getting his ribcage smashed in.

I still think X will be a solid ruck. Needs to offer a bit more around the ground but that will come with game time.

Oh well we hold all the aces mate and I'm confident we won't get taken to the cleaners if he wants out.

This new North is going to be tough for the players and some I'd suggest won't be up for the challenge.

Not saying that specifically about TT FYI

Yeah the two years left on the contract seems to be a good insurance policy

Surely we aren't just after Brad Hill?

I'm sick of hearing about our players being talked about more, than who we're after.
