Also, one bloke (in a list of 40) improving is hardly proof of ratts ability to develop players.
It's damning that sinclair sticks out like a sore thumb as one of the very very few players on our list to have played career best footy in the last 2 years.

With our age and experience profile we should have 10 blokes doing what sinclair did- play career best footy

B. Have played equally as well or better pre ratts- eg battle, crouch, membrey.

Arguing that ratts has shown himself to be a good developer is insane.
Most of our players have stagnated or gone backwards over the last 2 years.

What better proof of that is our ladder position and win loss record?

Byrnes is a late pick but has had senior appearances....

Owens, NWM and windhager have been excellent....

Highmore showed he was behind it when given the chance and just because they are in VFL doesn't mean they aren't getting development.....there is just not a spot in the best 22 YET...
