I don't care what others do. We have had a decade in the wilderness. We can't afford more mistakes because we have to make up ground. That last draft is what other clubs get consistently. It shouldn't be celebrated, it should be expected.

I agree in our position we need to be nailing the draft every year. Hopefully last year was the start of that.
