Back end of the draft, he drafted for need. Front end he went best available according to his criteria - medium paced flankers with a bit to like, but are a worry in terms of AFL role- Poulter, Macrae (who were now trying to turn into an inside mid as he doesn't run well enough for flanks) Henry. All talented, but athleticism is not ideal for likely role. Hines old criteria didn't change with the game. This year's crop have the right athletic attributes.Isaac Chugg tested very well at the TIS. One of the reasons he got drafted was his athletic ability. He was a national level sprinter.
