Yeah if it's a choice between HH for free, or Georgiades for a prized pick, then I'm all for pursuing HH.

We will need our first pick for whatever talent we want, and will likely need our latter picks to match any bid on McCabe. What we end up doing with the Doggies second rounder will be interesting.

Yeah it's not worth the headache, nor the capital it would take IMO.

We are in a good position as it stands - a likely top 5 or so pick plus McCabe looking like a late first / second round talent. If we can bring a top pick plus McCabe in, plus a FA like HH or Gresham then we are laughing.

TDK is going to set any club back that's willing to give up plenty of trade capital and salary.

I actually even heard a Blues fan laugh at suggestions he's better than Kurt Tippet. Tippet was a bust for Swans, but he showed so much more at the Crows than TDK has so far.

I'm still not sold on this unicorn fascination. Only a very few are worth it. Jackson was one. But really, an average ruck and below average (current) forward isn't really that exciting. Especially when you factor in the cost given other clubs reported interest.

TDK is no better than Hayden McLean, who is 6 months older.

Superior ruck, inferior forward.

If McLean nails his spot as a regular KPF for Sydney this year then he would be a very attractive prospect IMO.

We've got a pick in every round, though I believe only our first rounder is our own.

If everything plays out as expected then we will likely have to use our second rounder (plus?) to match a bid for McCabe.

There’s so many ways picks can be traded up and out, I wouldn’t get hung up on what we do or don’t have right now.
