If they are headed to pearl jam,
Maybe riley gave cal his first ever toke of the grim reefer post podcast this morning.

Might be greening out, unable to use his laptop.
It usually drops between 6 and 7pm. I think there's been enough hints dropped on this thread in the last few days, plus the defending of one particular player, to know which way we are leaning........until our pick on Wednesday and it blows up in our collective faces! :)

I reckon Cal’s going to be off this year. I still don’t believe Lalor will go at pick 1, what a huge risk that would be.

In my head we’re getting Draper with pick 7 and Lindsay with pick 8. Ppl will say we overpaid for Lindsay but I don’t care, having 2 kids that can run both ways and play inside/outside mid and tackle they just seem like Lyon game plan guys. I’m warming to Draper and I’d love to take those 2.

If you say Lalor doesn't go pick 1, then I back you in Bakes. What does the rest of the industry know!

The comment about Lyon being involved and drafting for the future says that best available is more important than recruits that suit our gameplan.

Ross will mold them to suit his game style should he need to but we won't mortgage the future to draft players for a game plan that might not be in place in 2-3 years time

Nah I think his game plan isn’t changing any time soon. They won’t want to have a Lukocius type situation, good player but not in Dimmas game style. Ross is set in his ways. They’ll get players that suit the Ross plan.
