Looks like this is going to be the year when clubs don't tell him what they're doing, I wouldn't be surprised if he only got 4 or 5 out of the top 10 right.

was always going to be like threading a needle. the talk of it being a super draft is way off the mark.

we've essentially recycled battle to go back to the well again for the same type of player. then taken a HBF with our ladder position. there's big spencer white/nathan wright vibes here, albeit pick upgrades.

it does absolutely nothing for our key weaknesses and does not address the strategy people had been banging on about on here: mids mids and more mids. using battle to get an elite mid. etc.

what people wanted and what we get in that mock draft is miles apart. not even in the same suburb.
