Have you actually looked at other clubs list? Windy has proven nothing, as has Henry. Showed glimpses but no star. Wilson is awesome, so is Pou. Neither is a contested ball pig.

Carroll is completely unproven and the fact you mention him as something to be excited about is frightening.

We continue to build a list of defenders and outside players, whilst we get abused by teams with stronger midfields. This isn't that hard.

Take 1 of the 2 if you think they are the best prospect available, but to take 2 players that are not naturally midfielders is beyond ridiculous.

Same thing again and again.

A grade prospects are guys like Reid, Sheezel, Daicos, JHF, Ashcrofts x 2.

Windhager isn't tracking to be elite, wasn't an elite junior and has only has a handful of really good games in his first few seasons.

I really like him, but if we're backing him to be our second best midfielder for a decade, we're in trouble.

Bizarre strategy.

Poor midfield = pressure on back 6 as ball comes in too easy.

We haven’t addressed the root cause. We have too many young backs. Alix at 193 is not backfill for Dougal. No pipeline for KPD now. This draft strategy is deeply flawed.
