Agreed. Perfect scenario for me is pairing Smillie/Jagga/Draper and Reid

Jagga's lateral movement is elite. Opposition can't lay a finger on him at stoppage

Ashcroft is bulked and has elite spread from stoppage. He's always getting 1-2s and can often shake tackles

Anyway, if he’s slow that’s not what we need in our midfield.
Reading on him sounds like he is an elite decision maker and user which can make up for lack of foot speed offensively, but not sure RTB would be a fan of slow when it comes to defensive pressure.

Only have pre-season testing data on Vic prospects so nothing on Draper.

The above should shed a bit more light on the strengths and weaknesses particularly those that didn’t test at the combine

No issue with Reids speed or endurance based on this

So this gets mentioned a lot (usually in a joking manner) but didn’t a Blues player (Kennedy?) miss a relatively easy shot in front of the sticks before this which would’ve put them far enough in front to make a win unlikely for us!

I’d rather blame the Carlton dude!
