Well looks like another 2-3 years of Clark, Jones and old man McCrae running through the midfield.

Tauru looks like a gun but paired with another defender?

All the talk of mids, mids, mids.

Have absolutely no ball winning prospects. We are actively trying to build an unbalanced list.

Allen, Reid, nah doesn't matter. Winning a clearance is overrated I guess.
Forgot about Pou, Windy, Garcia, Dow, Carroll, Wilson and Henry did you?

These kids may be guns, but **** sake, its a couple of years of development for each.

Will we ever win another clearance?
So even if they were mids they would need development. Have some faith in Wilson, Pou, Garcia plus multiple AA Macrae. Steele, Dow, Henry and Clark.

Stay fit and they can beat most midfields like they did against Geelong, Sydney, Carlrton, Essendon and almost Port in the last 8 weeks

Haha we got two great young fellas there get around em

Yeah I think we've done OK, we've got two great youngsters with a lot of potential and a coach in RTB to get the best out of them.

No point whinging about the players we didn't get, just focus on the players we did get, a lot of other clubs wanted them as well.

Seriously. These guys are yet to play a game. Trust Dalyrimple.
Go back to any draft thread and you'll see people getting it wrong.

Coffield and Clark were going to be the answer. Hugh Goddard and Paddy McCartin, the two ends of the ground sorted. Billings, what a steal.

Would absolutely back your knowledge and expertise against that of our recruiting staff.
Thanks. Backing the club's judgment has proven to be an excellent strategy the last 12+ years hasn't it?

I don't see any other club consistently ignoring mids the way we do. What would they know, we are the smart ones I guess.

Let's be honest, Don's stuffed up and Ablett is the only one saying it.

We now join a dozen other clubs trying to move back in to the firsr round, no chance in my opinion. I wasn't going to post tonight, probably shouldn't. Super deflated, not because of Trevaglia, just because it's just such an unlucky cursed club we support having missed those mids.

Really excited to see what Tobie can do. He's pretty slight but looks like a tough nut. Great hands and can obviously run all day. If he can put a bit more zip into his kick he will be a gun.

Tauru looks insane. In that final where he dominated they just put him forward or back depending on which way the wind was going.

" We had the resources to sack up and move up the draft we bauked. "
You need the other clubs to be involved in any trade. There has not been one live trade. Obviously nobody wanted pick 8 or wanted to screw us as well.
