Think tigers can take risks with this draft haul. They will be ordinary again but wouldn’t be surprised if they shoot up the ladder in 4 to 5 years. They also can attract talent which we struggle with.
Attracting talent they can but I'd give a penny for the thoughts of Tim Taranto tonight. Is that really why he went to Richmond? Baby sitting kids through the next 4 years...and the resulting 20k less crowds.

I get the mid disappointment, absolutely. But I’ve always been a bit bigger on this guy than others. I like the fact that he also played well at vfl level. Keeps playing well whenever wherever. Super competitive and leadership, both of those two of my biggest wants.
A few quick comments from Cal that may have slipped by some while they were busy melting.
He said Travaglia was probably the most bankable player in the draft, a likely 200 gamer and a possible future Captain.
Yet some choose to moan about not picking a mid when the premium-mid party was over and we never had a ticket to get in anyway.

Doubt we will be trading our future first when they publicly let it be known we are going after Finn Callaghan knowing he is off contract next year so we will need every first round pick we can get.
Agree. With both Finn Callahan and LDU out of contract next year, we’re going to need a first rounder (at least) if we’re to get one of these over the line.

You can keep sooking about people sooking. I am just pointing out the obvious, massive imbalances in the list. Did nothing to improve that tonight.

I rate Schoey, I rate Hastie. Both are really going to struggle now. Maybe one day we will turn a half back into a decent mid, but I won't hold my breath.
I rate Shoey and Hastie as well, but they need to compete to get into the firsts. Hastie is a pick 24, and Shoenmaker is a pick 62. If they make it from there it is a very good outcome.

Garcia. Windy, Pou, Wilson have to compete with Macrae, Steele, Clark, Jones, Dow, Carroll etc.

Also you are totally incorrect, there is no 'massive imbalance' that is a ridiculously hysteric statement. You have see a couple of highlight reels and you have set out all of Travs career. The arrogance of this is astounding. Would put Lyons, Dalrymple and SoS's knowledge over your bleating any day.

Will enjoy linking this thread in a couple of years.

What part of that trollop addresses anything I said.

Richmond guy on the phone. I wonder which club? Jack Whitlock would be worth a F1 potentially

Edit: North Melbourne

Maybe their F1 for 27&28 and they get Whitlock x2 or Shanahan
