That's not going to happen. First off what club would be mad enough to walk a player of Chad's calibre through the PSD knowing any club ahead of them could pick him up. Especially since Freo is also interested.
The PSD threat is near a fallacy these days - clubs just don't do it.
There is a real chance West Coast finishes last in 2025.
Richmond says hold my beer.
Just asked a question, maybe they watch the VFL more than I do?Not too busy to ask someone else to do your research for you.
Paying the price for earlier wrestling exploitsHave to assume he was going to be delisted if we didn’t get him a trade.

Probably, but not guaranteed, and if West Coast finish 17th in 2025 then the PSD is a real threat.
If Mitchell is staying, do we try and rookie-list him to free up a list spot?
If we roll with the usual 36/8 list next year, we currently only have 2 senior list spots going into the draft.Just don’t see the point unless we are taking an extra pick which we won’t
Riley Garcia and Joe Richards were types I personally were keen on. Both showed great flashes this year.I'd have liked us to go after anyone who ticked the boxes of either a contested inside mid, or a small forward of any kind. They were out there. We either weren't interested or we failed to convert our interest into trades. Neither impresses me.
If it is because our salary cap is full, then that impresses me even less, because I don't think our list is good enough for our salary cap to be chockers.
Just my opinion.
I think we would all say this tongue in cheek but I wonder whether this caused his stocks at the club to plummet rapidly. I mean, he was being talked up as an early debutante in 2023 but then copped injuries, busted Mills' shoulder, then literally never to be seen again.Paying the price for earlier wrestling exploits
Doubt it - we now have 5 senior list spots. If Mitchell is staying, do we try and rookie-list him to free up a senior list spot?
We currently have 2 under the 36/8Doubt it - we now have 5 senior list spots.
I’m struggling to see how Kirk retains a rookie spot.
I have no doubt this was part of the decision.I think we would all say this tongue in cheek but I wonder whether this caused his stocks at the club to plummet rapidly. He would quite likely have been delisted anyway so if that's what it took to get the deal done, so be it.44 for parker was fair if they wanted to give him 3 years.
Should be a future pick as well to get Konstanty

Good point & I stand corrected. I’d forgotten some delistings were rookies. We currently have 2 under the 36/8
We had 37, and lost Vickery, Konstanty and Parker
Very petty from the club if that is the case.It may have been a hastily written story on the Swans website, but interesting that Konstanty was not thanked for his service - while Parker was.
Keane also didn’t acknowledge a contribution from Konstanty in his albeit very brief remarks in his interview.
Usually they do have a perfunctory thank you. Maybe it will come… or maybe Konstanty burned his bridges.
Parker and Konstanty traded to North Melbourne
The Sydney Swans have received pick 44 in the 2024 National Draft in exchange for Luke Parker and Jacob Konstanty in a trade with the North Melbourne Football Club.www.sydneyswans.com.au
Take it to the bank that's how the AFL will try to organise the fixturing. They did it with Round 0 this year and it could not be more obvious.Wicked thought, but imagine if North play Swans at SCG for Parker’s 300th, then late in the game Konstanty tackles Mills and re-dislocates his shoulder
