Why is Salem that bad?
Surely he can last a few games - it's that sort of season.
Look at all the previous burnman, they have largely stood up this year

Yep similar thought process to me. Freo and Collingwood both leak to backs so he should be able to put up 2 good scores and make close to 100k. Then you have the option to hold or flip to someone better. He'll make the same amount of cash as the 190k rookies people are trading in and give better scoring

With only 12 premos (13 if I trade) and 18 players this round I’m going to need a miracle to get a decent score.

Butters tagged first up, not ideal.

Will also need popular players I don’t own to the bed. Not a good start for that last night, although was looking positive at half time ha.

Don't know why Houston doesn't take more kickouts. Launches way more scoring chains than Farrell

On last night's display, Port don't appear to have any system in Def ....Houston clearly has the most class & best kick ....it seems though it's whoever has the ball kicks it out of D50

Houston not interested in the 1st half .....has a huge 3rd Qtr, obviously got a HT rocket ....then disappears in the last

Really hard to workout Port .....too slow in Def .....too many spectator / non-statistical role players

But then you look at the breakdown:

• Walsh: 39% contested possession rate, 18.1 uncontested possessions per game.
• Bont: 53% CP rate, 12.8 UPs per game (kicking efficiency 6% higher than Walsh)
• Oliver: 46% CP rate, 13.3 UPs per game (kicking efficiency 5% higher than Walsh)
• Serong: 45% CP rate, 18.1 UPs per game (kicking efficiency 3% higher than Walsh)

Petracca's kicking efficiency is 64% (11% higher than Walsh), so not sure where you're getting that stat from. He also wins 47% of his possessions in contested situations.

Apples and oranges. For a guy who wins so much outside ball, he's a dreadful kick.

It's why Walsh often has strings of games, where he's handball heavy .....which impacts his scores even more

You're never quite sure whether the kicking Walsh or the handballing Walsh is going to turn up

Don't know why they give Burton kick ins over Houston. They are gonna struggle 2nd half of the year they would have to be up there with one of the hardest runs home.
