Graham Wright..... Cmon Silvers GET THIS DONE.

Would start to help build alot more trust and credibility back with the faithful if he pulls this off.

Then to just get Balme in as Football Director (part time) to replace Roo and we might finally start turning a corner.
was that a boxed bottle of grange he was walking out of silvers office with?

it actually made the melbourne news which is extremely rare for anything in adelaide

I'm getting annoyed of all the hate of Nicks.

The bloke came in to coach a basket case of a club when we were losing players all the time, we seem to be signing more than we lose and attracting new players in so I think some credit is due.

The problem is not Nicks, but the support around him with development as well as losing good assistants such as our forward line coach from 2022.

The results aren't there yet but geez, what a tuff gig to take on

You know Nicks changed out gameplan to start the season and then blamed the players for our poor start?

How about getting Smith to his trigger, saying he was an important part of the future and then dropping him?

He’s a moron

Certainly hasn’t been able to get us to the heights of a grand final like he did with GWS in 2019 that’s for sure….

Weve explained all this for 300 plus pages in the Nicks thread. Imagine if he posted this inane rant in that thread, he could have read it.

What were his exact words where he blamed the players for the poor start? Stop perpetuating this absolute BS.

This is what he said after round 4 when we went 0-4

"I know the side that I’m coaching," Nicks said. "I know they can perform at a level higher than we are now"

"We've got too many players at the moment that aren't at their best. That can hurt your transition, that can hurt a passage of play where you look damaging and look threatening. All of a sudden, someone will make a decision that's just not what the game needs at that point for us. That's where the frustration comes in."

"We've got to find our way through that and we've got to be able to build our confidence back to where we know it can be. We've got to look at our team from a selection point of view and get guys in that are going to be able to play the way that we play."

That poster is obviously on school holidays. Plenty of time for he/she to read up, or better still watch some of our games lol.

FFS , so if this is what is regarded as hanging his players out to dry then we
might as well turn the lights off and shut the doors.
No player in their right mind would have sooked about this, & if they did, clear them out.

But they were in August .....gee, you won't admit your too skinny call on Mac Andrew was wrong .....or Caleb Windsor being too outside call, also wrong

If you highlight 120 players in the Draft as being good players ....it's like taking the field in a race 🤣 ....I need you to start putting your b...s on the line and pick 1-2 for our picks ;)
A rankings order is the best way to do this

Choosing one player for our pick doesn’t make sense as what happens when that one player isn’t there at our pick ? Eg mac andrew
