Yep that’s about what we gave up a contracted Higgins for who was in better form
?

We gave up nothing because we took Higgins as a RFA. Dogs got pick 27.

When we traded him to Geelong we got back pick 30 which we turned into Lazzaro.

From memory Higgins was told by whoever the coach was at the time, he couldn't be guaranteed game time. I think we was banished to the back pocket.

Asked about North and his future- you can never rule out what the future looks like, he is contracted and enjoying the finals.

Have they reached out North?

I’ll focus on footy and my manager will look after that!
That's a start. They player would normally react to that question like he'd just stepped in dog shit.

Definitely the best "experienced" player on the market that is remotely gettable.

The pessimist in me thinks there is a high chance he's using our interest to drive a deal with Sydney...

However, will be stoked if we can land him. Is versatile, has really good footy ahead of him, great leader. Will honestly not be surprised at all if he podiums in our BnF next year.

Yeh but im not sure he’s in Sydneys future plans. He was put out of the side for a considerable amount of time

I have two responses.

1. I agree with this statement.
2. This statement is not a positive.

I think (hope?) now that Zurhaar is locked in, he’ll absolutely pull his finger out & become more consistent.

Hope.
