So 8, which is actually 11, and 32 which is actually 36.
For 19 which is actually 23, 22 which is actually 26 and 44 which is probably 47.

11 & 36 for 22, 26 & 47

I'm still not getting it tbh.
While I don't like that trade even if 8 shoots out to 11 the same players will be available as Ashcroft,Kako and Lombardo are always going to their respective F/S and NGA teams

Its nothing to do with hindsight.

The surgeon and club medical staff would have known the full extent of damage and condition of his knee after his arthroscopy in the preseason.
Can the club surgeon and club medical staff buy me a lotto ticket and tell me the winning numbers? Can they give me the trifecta in the Melbourne Cup? I didn’t know the club’s medical staff could predict the future.

FFS medical science is obviously a lot more advanced than your understanding of knees...

Siposs looked like Goddard 2.0 when Watters played him at half back.

Richo was adamant he play forward and that was the end of him. For all the talk about Richo being the best development coach in the game (something I subscribed to) he sure did stuff a few kids up.

Siposs, Lee & Saad all went backwards.

Dunstan & Acres being played forward instead of on ball.

The constant flip flopping with Hickey & Longer.

Geez that was a dark time...

I got to know a player back then and he reckoned Richo was absolute shit at development. Gave a set of markers that were consistently met and he'd change the markers and gaslight the players. Played limited favourites because they'd be happy to play his boring harm minimisation game plan. No vision for improvement.

Wasn't Richo a development guru at Port before we got him?

Just on Membrey, I don't think we could have offered him two years. First half of this season he was shocking, had a fantastic last six weeks but most of this year and last year he was injurred or poor

I think a lot of that had to do with our crappy ball movement at the start of the year but either way Membrey turns 31 next year, if he wasn’t finished by next year it would probably be the one after. Loved him but it was time to move on.

God yes. Which is not what is instructed at training. Midfield puts too much pressure on all other parts of the game.

We also lost him for personal reasons for a while.

We have Hayes, Sharman , and Caminiti. Membrey may be better than them all, but he wont be in 3 years.
