Availability of list spots is a small potatoes concern.

If (based on who is on the board at 8 and who we think will be there with teens pics)... we think splitting 8 gets us closer to a flag- then we do it.

Number of available list spots plays zero part in that decision.

List spots is a consideration for small potatoes stuff like whether to take a peckett or not.

I'm a strong believer that if Cole or Hofmann get bid on before 41 (our 47) then we won't pick them. The draft is deep, and still think the quality around this point in the draft trumps either.
