I disagree. Gibcus' disposal was far greater than Young has shown. I remember his kicking early in the season to be absolutely lethal. Good intercept mark as well.
Young is more of a stopper. Great with the one percenters for sure, but his kicking is marginally better than Ryan Garthwaite. Don't get me wrong though, he's had a great season, I just feel Gibcus is all round a better player with a much higher ceiling!
You think I give 2 ****s if you don't believe meyeah okay
It's worth a go, the problem position may already be solved on our list if Gibcus could become a long term number 1, so nothing to lose to try it over the summer.Word is Gibcus will be a forward next year.
I heard he will be a defender next year ... you know the position he was drafted for and played most of his competitive life. sick of kents just making stuff up for likes or the approval of people they have never metYou think I give 2 *s if you don't believe me
Only posting what I've heard
Was he in a wheelchair ans being escorted by Louie meehan?Just saw Josh at Port Douglas. Looking very fit and moving around well.
Brilliant news!No wheelchair to be seen, nor prosthetics. Just chilled and relaxed. Should be ready for day 1 of pre-season training

Can see him winning the Coleman next year.Word is Gibcus will be a forward next year.
Just hope he actually gets on the park and stays there next year before worrying about which end of it he plays.
Announcing his retirement due to injuries 10-20am
Nice...reckon he'll be like that Demon's forward with the wicked hairdo!Word is Gibcus will be a forward next year.
Will Louie be doing the introductions?!?Announcing his retirement due to injuries 10-20am
he doesn't too much need size, he held his own, Size would make his mobility worse and also impact his hammy more. The year in the weights room could be exactly what the Doctor ordered .... though he probably just have ordered him a new hammy while he was at it.
Lethal kick of the ball if I remember correctly, will be bombing them goal post height from 60-70m

Yup - Gibcus’ strings are only 2cm long now - will struggle to kick more than minimum 15MMeehan has cut that to just making 50m now.
