It’s quite amusing reading all the whinging from Indian fans about Jaiswal. How can you be that blind to not see a 10 degree deflection? It was obvious live and on replay.
The Deep dismissal was equally amusing with the replay showing a new cherry on the bat.

Clear deflection from what my eyes told me.
Had a quick look - a couple called it out before DRS decision was made based on the deflection. There seems to be more blame on the batsmen than anything.

Yes the 3rd umpire was engaged and he did the checking. The decision based on all the evidence put before him and he came to the conclusion that he was Out.

Snicko is not a reliable way of confirming bat hit ball.
The third umpire has always had to use his eyes.
Eg a swing and a miss where snicko picks up ball on pad contact, or bat on ground contact.
As an outrageous scenario imagine the snicko mic failing when a ball is driven to mid off. Should we pretend there was no bat because there was no noise?
