50% of the ball aligned with the top of the stump... not the "top of the bail" like I think it should be.

Even if top of bail, it looks less than 50% to me (but hard to tell exactly) based on the white lines (that I drew myself) below. Still think this should be out and the 50% rule is a bit dumb in this situation when it is 3/4 inside leg stump, and hitting half a bail. That should be enough.

In fairness, it seemed to be an extended discussion between the Aussies before committing to the review. Although that may have just been because Cummins and co. could see what was about to unfold.

I would say that the burnt review does have SOME value though. Having seen the review, surely if there's a similar instance of a batter getting trapped in front as the day continues, it's more likely to be given out on the field by the umpire?
