Jhye would have been a handful on this deck. Perfect opportunity to play him instead of Starc who historically isn’t good here and isn’t 100%. Why don’t we ever make tactical moves like this?

He’s got that pinched together though. That still image doesn’t look great but when it rolls to the frame immediately afterwards you can see it lift up in his hand. If we’re making calls based on images like this then the game is well and truly gone

I could be wrong, but I think you answered your own question "part touching the ground" is touching the ground. Which, in those circumstances, would mean not out. Any touching of the ground by the ball appears to mean not out under Law 33.1 (my bold), even if a finger is also under part of the ball.
