Was similar for Mitchell when he moved to the Hawks, It'll sort itself in time.

Two observations about Essendon, they're a bit soft, think they lack a contested ball winning midfielder who can throw his weight around. Also how terrified of taking the game on are they? They look to kick wide every time they get the ball, it's really low percentage football, especially when you're 7 goals down.
