Do the people having a thrashwank over the Finals at the MCG thing realise that of our last 5 finals there, we’ve won 2 and lost 3? It’s not great, sure, but it doesn’t exactly scream hoodoo does it. Especially when 4 of the 5 opponents were top four sides themselves, and three of them were tenants of the ground.

The issue isn’t the ground, it’s finals football that we have been shit at.[/QUOTE]
Can't see that changing while Scott is coach.
When the pressure is applied Scott doesn't have the moves to counter it, you'll see next week against the Bombers who'll run us off our feet and inflict our next loss.

Glad to see Rohan isn't just kicking bags of 4 against us. Always considered him somewhat of a spud, but the change of location seems to agree with him. Equal 4th in the Coleman.

No indeed it seems to be brought up by you every time we do anything whether it’s a huge win or an irrelevant loss.
We are so predictable, I predicted a few weeks ago we would win today and lose against the Bombers, Scott is simple minded and he struggles when the heat is on in finals type games.

Well done geelong completely and comprehensively beat us.
No excuses just plain crap.
We have to move on and learn from this if we don't i suspect there will be more like it and justifiably the heat will come.
I don't mind seeing freo going well but why they're jumping in here and banging on like it was a victory for them astounds me.
Hopefully we atleast escaped without a major injury.

Yes and he’s had so many chances to dispel that myth this season so we ought to cut him before it happens again.

Clearly we are playing an identical style to what we have been for years.

We are predictable because you tipped Cats to beat WCE? It’s about time you give Scott credit

I've seen the home and away wins for years, I've seen loses against quick sides for years, I've seen loses after byes for years and I've seen finals loses for year.
Nothing's really changed yet.

You should reserve your comments until season’s end??

For the first time since 07-09 we have a forward line with multiple contributors and we aren’t relying on Selwood and Danger

You and me both know we ain't cutting him and it will happen again.

I wouldn’t have a clue if it will happen again or not.

Before the 2007 grand final you probably would have said ‘you and me both know we’ll blow it again’ - look what happened.

Why in the realm of blue f*** would you be using the first 6 rounds of this season and a completely revamped line-up, game plan, and method, to try and somehow say ‘I told you so’ about something that is still 4 months away from potentially not even happening

Even then if we won the comp it wouldn’t matter.

Suddenly our line-up will retrospectively become one that should have won no matter what and somehow Bomber’s stardust was sprinkled over it enough to ensure that we overcame the tremendous drag factor of having Chris Scott at the helm

The cats are a different prospect this year. They've done well the last few years to finish where they have. They're a much more balanced side this year, and therefore pose a bigger threat.

That last comment is stupid

the last comment was basically a synopsis of the entire mindset of the sack scotty crowd
No one is going to claim thompson had an influence in this years result. And not one thing in the scott thread would give anyone with half a brain the idea that someone might. Its either a massive ridiculous straw man or an utterly moronic statement.

It’s called exaggeration for effect. The bottom line is that he won’t get credit come hell or high water.

the Only thing sadder is bandwagoner WC supporters who join up after the premiership.
I’d say its you who live vicariously through a football side.
When your team wins you become the better person:)

firstly its not sad at all being a WC supporter, its glorious..it's your mob who relishes misery
secondly BF join dates is absolutely no reflection on team support/membership history...30 years numpty

going by your history constant posting of fake news and twit logic is all part of your spiel..Your bitter obsesion with a real successful club says a lot more about you than my join date
