There’s no justification for booing the decision to award BOG to Oliver and absolutely no justification for booing him during the award and his speech (when he complimented Collingwood).

I sincerely hope the Collingwood president comes out strongly and said he’s absolutely ashamed at the scumbag Collingwood people who booed Oliver. But it won’t surprise me at all if he doesn’t.

Sorry. Don't agree . Two draws and five nail biters comes down to luck. Was 66 due to the superior Saints or a lucky hack kick a minute before the siren? How about 64 when we hit the front 5 minutes from the siren and a back pocket blatantly ignored a direct instruction from Norm Smith and wanders past the centre line down into the forward line to snap the winning goal. Smith refused to speak to him after the game and never forgave his disobedience despite the fact they won the flag.

seems like a long shot but they made finals in 2021...their gameplan tweaks haven't worked for this year but it's never as bad or as good as it seems

I’m not saying they’re going to miss finals. I just don’t think their early season form is a true reflection of how good they actually are.

Their run home includes Brisbane x2, Cats, Freo again and Carlton. They’ve only played and beaten St Kilda so far from the current top 8. They’re going to need to improve substantially.
