Alot of teams are now doing itIt's a weird thing that the Bulldogs seem to do that tends to give their opponents the opportunity to run 5m further before kicking it.
I’ve thought about why they do it. We certainly aren’t the only club to do it. Collingwood do it as well. It's a weird thing that the Bulldogs seem to do that tends to give their opponents the opportunity to run 5m further before kicking it.
Always had a bit of a strange mix. So top heavy with talent every week you seem to be carrying 1-2 vfl caliber players without much upside.Normally save this for the Dogs board. If McComb can still get consistent games for the dogs then there’s a very good chance I can play full forward for the dogs.
The thing is none of us Dogs supporters like it either. It’s a dumb strategy and most of us wish they would just man the fu*king mark!Don't like this sneaky crap the Dogs do on the mark, shocking the umpires let them do it.
Was a genuine question I haven't seen him....until nowYes. Did McStay?
The old check out. Lucky you haven’t needed him tonight. Was a genuine question I haven't seen him....until now

Zorko did a hamstring within ten minutes.Didn’t Brisbane lose Zorko and Rich early? What am I missing?

When a player peels off, the player with the ball feels like they’ve got more room to run and are often called to play on. At which time the man on the mark usually closes in to where the mark is anyway and the player with the ball almost looks rushed. Not sure this is it but just my two cents.
Yeah I don’t think doing it forward of centre makes any sense. Especially when you’re doing it with Daniher. It just lacks awareness.I do see some merit in doing it. It also drops another player back into the zone to fill up space.
The thing is it means the player taking the kick doesn't need to drop as far back behind the mark which tends to speed up play a bit. You also run the risk of giving away a 50 like was given earlier.
He plays for Collingwood, don’t you know.Yes. Did McStay?
