I couldn’t care less that we are losing the free kick count. I’m annoyed at the quality of umpiring and the goals the lions have kicked as a result of it, or we haven’t.

The umpiring has been literally the same standard as the rest of the year.

You are now only seeing it because you are on the rough end.

And the Dogs are still getting away with dozens of throws.

I hate that. If it's a obvious inconclusive video review like that it has to be in the hands of the goal umpire.
Score review is a F**king joke.
Lions should question that with a please explain from the AFL.

The only reason to call that is for cheating purposes. It's inconclusive everyday of the week.

Do you get frustrated on the opposition's behalf when you're on the receiving end of touchy freekicks week in week out? I bet you couldn't give two shits about the quality when it's lop sided in your favour every other week.

The standard of umpiring has been like tonight most games all year. Funny how a dog's supporter only just noticed. Play on... Brisbane should be up another goal.

In the end, probably shouldn't have been overturned based on that evidence but a lot went the way of the Lions in the second.

but what about the number of games you've won this year, and last year, due to horrendous umpiring as well? No club has been more kissed than the dogs in the history of afl. Surely you acknowledge this? Tonights game is just a small snapshot of what clubs have to put up with every week. heaven forbid you get the rough end of the stick once in a blue moon.

Did you read the comment?

I did.

The dogs have been, from what quite a few supporters have noticed, the beneficiary of inconsistent interpretation for a very long time.

It is only commented on when the shoe is on the other foot.

The still have the second half to help get the Dogs home.
Not so much about the Dogs in this instance but how many games have we seen umpires go one way and then "even" it up in the second half.

I'd be thoroughly surprised if the umps don't fix it up in the second half. Happens every time.

It's almost as if they are offended that they are having to play with the same rules as the rest of the league for the first time in 6 years.
